ColorMaster® Single Blade System
ColorMaster, a reverse angled single blade assembly is an affordable upgrade for roll-to-roll flexo metering or flexo units struggling with obsolete chambered systems. ColorMaster ensures that only the ink in the cells of the Anilox roll is transferred to the plate. This gives complete control of ink application. You can reliably print solids, line and screen work.
ColorMaster also utilizes a tool-less blade change and provides precise loading and ink-metering across the face of the anilox.

AccuPrint® Chambered Blade System
AccuPrint Chambered Doctor Blade System is a PLC based flexo inking system that replaces outdated wiper roll, single blade or old chambered blade systems. This flexo ink-metering system protects ink from the harsh factory environment to maintain ink quality and improved performance.
