Baysek Solutions, LLC — formerly Baysek Machines, Inc. — has built flat die, rotary anvil die cutters in Amherst, Wisconsin since 1995. The Baysek process cuts 100% of the perimeter with no nicks or tags, strips the waste pneumatically, then counts and stacks the finished pieces, so work leaves the machine ready for shipping prep under one operator.

The current range is the C-170 and C-190 automatic die cutters, the hand-fed HF101, and the IR-6075 prefeeder and load turner. Dies are interchangeable across the die cutter models, so a plant can start small and move the same tooling up the range.

Baysek also offer reconditioned die cutting machines subject to availability. Ask us what is on the floor before you specify new.
